What type of plate is better, ceramic or titanium?
ok, so I have this ceramic flat iron, but only reaches 200 degrees, and I wondered why it is so bad because the ceramic, or because it only goes up to 200? which is better, ceramic or titanium?
I bought an iron plate at Walmart for $ 30.00 and has a control knob on it. I've never tried a titanium. I think how to use iron is important. My hair is naturally wavy and I have is wonderful. If you just put the iron in your hair, it will not work properly if I do not use the steps to obtain directly. Try this, I works for me. If I spend $ 30.00 on a hot plate or $ 100.00 on a plate, never mind. First I wash my hair and condition, then put the serum iron and blowdry. Then, straighten with an iron board. After that, put some shine serum in it and iron again to adjust the brightness. It works for me and everyone has hair that I do. Try it and good luck.

the Chai brand is really good. the Solia is really good also. Some of the Solia will curl also. They are expensive so you might want to get them on ebay or somewhere.
