how do you remove grout residue from the ceramic tile?

I have grouted a new ceramic tile floor and after cleaning it a few times it remains to have the grout on the tile itself and it doesn’t seem to want to come off

We tried several options recommended by the tile store and found that the best one was just wear and tear. Eventually, the grout residue will wear off the high traffic areas. You can scrape out large spots with the tip of a butter knife.

What is the best way to clean a ceramic tile floor?

I have always had vinyl flooring and carpeting. I recently moved to a new home with massive ceramic tile floors. I do not want to use anything that will hurt the surface. Please help! Thanks.

Don’t use bleach it will discolor the grout . hoover make a floor cleaning machine and a cleaning solution, or use mild soap at a hardware store for tile floors
