Ive read in a couple of different blogs that non-american PSPs cant play American UMD videos…..
nope, because the videos can only the “region” stated unless it is region 0. (i don’t remember if there is one) but nonetheless if the region is one (US videos), then you are unable to play the movie/video from a non-US PSP
