Are Conair ceramic flat iron good?
I bought a Conair hair iron, but do not know if it works well. My hair a little below the shoulder lenghth and naturally straight, but it is rolled at the end. Does it make my hair very dry?
With the right products your hair will suffer minimal damage. Try a product called VO5 Heat Defence before recovery. In addition, every two weeks try a deep conditioner to help you stay hydrated and manageable hair.

I have recently bought a ceramic hair dryer which has an ion switch to either turn the negative ions on and off. Just wondering if it would be better to leave it on off? Is it correct that the negative ions makes the hair shiny?
