How to make a fireplace surround ceramic tile?
I'll make a fireplace and ambiance at home with ceramic tile. Is this a wood burning fireplace zero tolerance. The walls surrounding the gypsum is gone and the house is wood frame and raised on the ground 12 ". I have a pretty good idea Getting Started, but I'm curious if anyone has any tips I should know. Maybe you done it yourself? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
I made literally 100s of homes. Those who raised the 12 "who say they are somewhat more challenging.Do the first house and let dry. May or may not be able to align the legs for the home, do not worry if it doesn t (more often) Now the fun part .. You just have to put in a dry field to see how I ask. You just have to see if they want to cut tile side or second half to fit, I'll do better and the background. The legs can be cut side of the base or side center, or going up in the header. More commomly eith a PC 1.4 inch luan I chopped one enemy of this (I have a box of coffee from these at any time) or I can use a 1 / 8 th inch spacer that can be called over again, but any place that sells tiles. I have a split level home built in 1986. What changes can I make to update it and increase my resale value?
Upper Level – 1 master with small 3/4 bath; 2 guest bdrms; 1 full bath
Mid Level – front room and kitchen
Lower Level – office; 3/4 bath; and family room with fireplace.
We recently had a new roof and siding put on and plan on landscaping the front for “curb-appeal” in the spring. In the meanwhile, we were hoping to get some ideas on how to spruce up the house DIY style.
Initial thoughts are:
1) Replacing vinyl flooring in all bathrooms with ceramic tile.
2) Refinishing kitchen cabinetry (their all wood)
3) Putting in laminate wood flooring in kitchen.
4) Replacing appliances (they’re all probably 10 years old) if there’s money left.
Any advice or other suggestions.
Kitchen remodel is your best “bang for the buck” people really look at the kitchen when looking for a home a up to date kitchen is your best option!
