ceramic water crock

Made whole chicken in crock pot tonight and…?
I decided to make a chicken stock in the crock pot and started it but seeing that it’s almost 10PM, can I just shut it off and put the ceramic pot in the fridge and start it up in the morning? Sorry if this is a silly question..I never made fresh stock before! I already added bones and such, carrots, celery, garlic and 6 cups water.
Now I am thinking I can just put it on low for 10 hours overnight. Is that too long or just right?
Thanks guys! I just started it on low and will let it go overnight until about 7 when I get up. Now I just need some ideas as what to do with it when it’s done. I use canned broth ALL the time for recipes but now I am drawing a blank lol
Put it on low, for the night just make sure it’s filled to the top with water and remains on low. It’ll be a great way to wake up in the morning, as well:)
