"I can use my straightening iron tourmaline ceramic wet hair?
No, not really, but it is suggested. I have a sheet Maxi Glide (with built in steam) and explain why you should not in their FAQ page. They suggest that not brushing your hair before smooth. If allowed to dry over you'll have more moisture retained in the hair before flat irons and ceramic, which allows more moisture to remain in the hair so that it ends much better and your hair will be happier. Here is the sniper the FAQ * Can I use Maxiglide on wet? QA * Almost all hair iron levels fact can never be used on wet hair, including MAXIGLIDE. Water evaporates 100 degrees, and virtually all the iron that heats up. But, do not recommend at all. When hair is wet, it has more elasticity, like a rubber band. When you use the hot iron on wet hair is actually pulling the hair and dry. It's a bit like ironing a wet wool sweater! Stretching and BIG! As the hair is stretched really thin and becomes weaker (like rubber BAND)! More importantly, if you start with wet hair, WHAT YOU WET LEATHER? Regarding this is only another marketing idea, no idea or FUNCTIONAL PRACTICE! How to keep your hair straight after straightening?
Even after i use a ceramic (iron) hair straightener in the mornings, my hair always goes slightly curlier in the afternoon. I have naturally straight hair but is there a way to keep hair pin straight?
Also, if you put normal conditioner in your hair, don’t rinse and then use a straightener, will this cause less damage to your hair?
Or will the conditioner burn?? lol
What i do is i use heat spray and then do it in layers. If you don’t then the job won’t be properly done to begin with. I dunno what qualitly straigtners you got, but i got GHD’s and omg there life savers. They keep my hair straight fopr at least 6 days if i dont get it wet. Oh yeah and you should never straighten your hair while its wet or damp completely dry thats what its got 2 be ^_^
