ceramic hair straighteners damage

Can anyone offer recommendations to protect hair against damage straightener hair metal?
ok .. I smooth hair with an iron first and it is a metal one, people have been suggesting the use of ceramic its place, but are very expensive and not really what I need. I have straight hair already, I just apply a style to an event come, and I do not use the iron on a regular basis. Should I go ahead with the process? I do not want a serious injury to my hair.
Yes, I'm going for it. Just a little hot cream or serum on your hair protected and not becarefull straightner to get the metal too hot. I suggest your hair is already Straight perhaps an intermediate position. Good luck …=)
do ceramic hair straighteners permanently damage your hair?
all straighteners damage your hair, regardless of what they are.
you can fix it though, by using leave in conditioners or deep moisture treatments. always use a heat protector (normally they’re sprays, available anywhere) before drying AND straightening, as it will protect your hair from the heat.
