I live in the U.S. and I'm looking for a good ceramic flat iron can also be used as a curling iron (curling the tips of my hair as if I were to use in a moment). I do not spend more than 120 $. Also, I'm black and my hair is normally thick. Also, how can I get the look bulky. and after I put my hair in a bob first day, how can I keep the look without having to recurl. I sleep in rollers. wrap my hair is not as voluminous as it was the day b4.

I was wondering whether a ceramic flat iron is better for natural black hair than one that isn’t ceramic.
Also, my hair dries intro wavy corkscrews and when I pick it out it turns into a fro. Should I flat iron before or after picking it out?
Ceramic flat iron for sure but be careful not to over use it as it may dry your hair out. Also if you add excessive heat, you can damage ends on ethnic or black hair resulting in possible hair loss or for your hair to fall out in patches.
