I have some ceramic capacitors are labeled "TARGET2 08Z1. What is the value?
Normally, I think, or the values limit on mine, but I'm not sure about that.

the value is not 104, it is 4.7 x 10⁴ pF
from there conversion to µF is easy, look at the prefixes below. If you don’t have those memorized, you should.
but in great detail:
4.7 x 10⁴ pF = 4.7 x 10000 pF = 47000 pF
since 1000 pF = 1 nF
47000 pF = 47 nF
since 1000 nF = 1 µF
47 nF = 0.047 µF
